Bought a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox Activ, and it's been nothing but frustration due to shoddy quality and zero parts support. The OnStar module and front camera were defective from the factory—still waiting for them, no ETA in sight.
Then, battery died in week one; dealer charged it, said it's good. Two weeks later? Dead again. Now no batteries available either, so my "new" car sits useless in the garage. This screams electrical defects and global supply chain failures from Chevrolet. Unacceptable for a vehicle sold worldwide.
Chevrolet needs to fix quality control and stock parts properly.
